SAFARI ITINERARY
DAY
1 TSAVO NATIONAL PARK
Safari life begins. Depart at 0730 driving east on the
Nairobi Mombasa highway to probably the largest national
park in East Africa, Tsavo. Rest halt at Makindu, a small
market town and host to a large Sikh Temple open to all.
Branch off at Mtito Andei and drive to the park to arrive
at the lodge by 1300. Lunch. Early afternoon at leisure,
game viewing drive at 1600, return to the lodge by 1845.
Dinner and overnight. FB.
DAY
2 TSAVO NATIONAL PARK
Game drive 0630, return to the lodge by 0900 for breakfast.
Day at leisure. Afternoon game viewing run at 1600. Return
by 1845. Dinner and overnight. FB.
DAY
3 NAIROBI
Game drive 0630, return to the lodge by 0900 for breakfast.
Depart at 0945, arrive Nairobi by 1500, drop off.
